How do I book an appointment with you?

Online booking is reserved for returning clients. Please call or text (920) 403-0437 to book your appointment. Keep in mind that I do not have a receptionist, and I may be in a treatment at the time of your call. All calls will be returned within the next business day. Email is also an option-please submit your inquiries in the “Contact Us” forum.

What should I expect on my first visit?

All new clients please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a health history form. A consultation will will happen before the massage to discuss your goals for this treatment. I will leave the room and allow you to undress to your comfort level and make yourself comfortable on the table before I reenter the room. In order for you to fully relax during your massage, I ask that you avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking caffeine for at least 2 hours before your appointment.

After the massage, make sure to drink plenty of water. One of the great benefits of massage is that it works out toxins into your circulatory system. Drinking water after the treatment will help your kidneys with this process and help you feel better, longer.

What payments are accepted?

I accept all credit cards using a trusted Square reader and cash. At this time, I do not accept checks. Thank you for understanding!

Do you sell gift certificates?

I do! I sell gift certificates in any dollar amount to create the perfect gift. I do not have a receptionist, so please call/text (920) 403-0437 to arrange a time to pick up the certificate.

I also sell Egift cards for my client’s convenience! The certificate is paid for online, and sent to the receipient’s email address.

What service is for me - therapeutic or deep tissue?

Swedish massage is long, gliding strokes with light to medium pressure in direction of blood leading to the heart. Increasing circulation and flexibility, promotes a restful night of sleep, and reduces anxiety and stress. Regular treatments can help lower blood pressure, improve digestion, and much more! Swedish massage is a great place for anyone to start getting massages-it introduces you to the world of massage in a comfortable way.

Deep tissue is great for any active athletes, people who suffer from chronic pain, or someone who does repetitive motions on a daily basis. During a deep tissue session, we focus on re-aligning deeper layers of the muscles with specific work and techniques. The name of this treatment says it all-it is a deeper pressure. However, if done correctly, it is not overbearingly painful.

What I love about my services is the therapeutic and deep tissue massages are the same price! I chose to do that so I’m able to customize every treatment to what you need. If you’re not sure on what service is for you, we will be able to determine that at your first visit with open communication on massage pressure.
